OUR TWO TRAINING STYLES
Group Coaching Workouts
Our Group Workouts are all about helping you get stronger, feel better and become healthier. 40 minutes, three times a week is all it takes.
Each workout is a bit different. Some days are focused on strength, others get your heart rate up with movement-based workouts – so things always stay fresh and fun.
You don’t have to worry about being super fit or keeping up - you can go at your own pace. Our friendly coaches are always there to guide and support you.
Every week, you’ll feel yourself getting stronger and more comfortable in the gym. And with our welcoming community, you’ll actually look forward to every workout!
Reformer Pilates Classes
Our Reformer Pilates classes are a mix of stretching, strength and core movements.
You’ll go through gentle, guided exercises that help you build core strength, improve posture, and better your mobility.
It’s low-impact, which means it’s easy on your joints but still helps tone your muscles. Each class is calm and focussed, and you’ll leave feeling stronger, looser, and more relaxed.
It doesn’t matter if you're new to Pilates or have previous experience, our instructors are here to help you feel supported and confident on the reformer.
