How Our Week is Structured.

We train in 6-week blocks, with each week designed to build strength, improve fitness, and support your wellbeing - without overtraining.

Here’s how your week looks:

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday → Strength-Based Sessions
    Full-body workouts focused on controlled lifts, functional movement, and progressive overload.

  • Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday → Cardio & Conditioning
    Aerobic fitness and movement-focused sessions designed to improve endurance, confidence, and energy.

  • Sunday → Active Recovery, Events or Rest
    A flexible day for mobility, stretching, mindset work or simply pressing pause.

  • Our Cardio & Conditioning sessions run for 40 minutes, designed to give you a full-body sweat without draining your energy.

    Our Strength sessions can run up to 45 minutes, allowing for proper movement prep, lifting, and recovery between sets.

    Every session is structured to be time-efficient, effective, and easy to fit into your day.

  • Yes. Whilst we have a large gym space, we still need you to book through our app or member portal.

  • Absolutely. Every session can be adapted to suit your fitness level, and our coaches are there to support you from the moment you walk in.

    If you're just getting started, we recommend beginning with a Monday, Wednesday, or Friday Strength session - these classes move at a slightly slower pace and are easier to follow, making them a great entry point.

  • 100%. You’re free to train at whatever time suits your schedule that day.
