Going away or need a short break?

You can suspend your membership for 1–8 weeks per calendar year.

Key things to know:

  • Minimum 7 days’ notice before your next debit.

  • Suspensions are in weekly blocks.

  • Must be submitted in writing via the form below.

  • Longer suspensions can be arranged with a medical certificate (injury, illness, etc.)

  • Cancellations must be submitted through the form below.

  • Final payments will be processed if they fall within the notice period.
