With over 6 years of coaching experience and currently studying to become a teacher, Chloe brings both knowledge and warmth to every session. She's passionate about helping others feel confident in the gym - and with her love for strength training, running, and a good chat, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you walk in.

HEAD COACH
Having been part of the Better Gym crew for over 18 months, he knows our training programs inside out. With a strong passion for fitness, and all things sport, he brings energy and genuine connection to every session. Mick has a great eye for tailoring movements - whether you need a regression or you're ready to level up - and he’ll always make sure you feel supported, comfortable, and challenged in the right way.

Will Trengove
FOUNDER
Will is the heart behind Better Gym - coaching the majority of sessions and leading the community from the front. With a background in football, strength training, and running, his approach to fitness has evolved over the years to focus on training for energy, balance, and long-term wellbeing.
After co-owning 3PC for five years, Will took over and rebranded it as Better Gym in September 2024. Creating a space where people could train consistently, feel supported, and get better every day.
